Rehovot Real Estate: Apartments Sold and Rented

"Second-hand apartments sold

Rehovot: An old house on a 250-sq.m. plot on Gush Etzion St. was sold for $164,000; the new owner will demolish it and build a new 200-sq.m. house on the site. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Ha’egoz St. was sold for $148,000. A 100-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Moscovitch St. was sold for $140,000 (Diur Plus).

Tel Aviv: A four-room apartment with parking on Pinkas St. was sold for $257,000. A renovated three-room apartment on Dafna St. was sold for $242,000 (Metropolin). A 90-sq.m. three-room apartment in need of thorough renovation on Motzkin St. was sold for 216,000. A renovated 125-sq.m. four-room apartment on Ben Gurion Blvd. was sold for $291,000 (Levi Yitzhak).

Petah Tikva: A 100-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Ha’arava St. was sold for $145,000. A 75-sq.m. three-and-a-half-room apartment on Nahalat Zvi St. was sold for $140,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Ain Ganim St. was sold for $150,000. A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment on Pinsker St. was sold for $160,000...

Rentals: Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv: A renovated three-room apartment on Netzah Israel St. was leased for $800 a month. A 116-sq.m. four-room apartment on Arlozorov St. was leased for $900 a month. A 100-sq.m. three-room apartment on Beeri St. was leased for $700 a month (Metropolin).
